The Code

The following piece of information is called 'The Code', All members of EoE whomever they are must follow this code and it may be called upon when clarity is needed in a situation.

The Code

The Code is divided up into sections and then into sub-sections.

1. General

1. All members of EoE are to treat other members with the highest respect and to honor the clan wherever you go.
2. All members of EoE must respect guests, visitors and allied members.
3. Profanity will be allowed in-game and/or VOIP as long as those in attendance do not have any problems with the language being used. If asked by a member to control the language, please do your best to control it. The language on the forums must be kept PG-13. THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THIS.
4. 1. Pornographic or sexually explicit pictures or descriptions used on any of End of Evolution services is strictly prohibited.
5. If you ever have a problem with another member of the clan please first approach your Division Commander or if necessary please approach an Assembly Leader. Private Messages are the best form of communication.

2. Gaming

1. The optimum age of entrance to End of Evolution is 18 years old. However any applicants with an age of 16 or 17 may be considered. These applications will require the approval from an Assembly Leader and the DC of the division which the application is for. The successful applicant will go through a 30 day probationary period. While on probation, new recruits must wear the following tags [EoE]Name-R so that they are easily identifiable as a new recruit. Please remember full membership can be denied at any time during this probation period.
2. All applicants please do not apply for any division if you are already in a clan that features a game EoE supports.
3. Multi-Clanning is not allowed. If you wish to join a clan for a game we do not support then the following will be in effect.
   1. If EoE is unable to get enough people for the division. e.g. 5-8 members to start a division.
   2. AL approval on joining the other clan.
4. As a member of EoE you should represent the clan in an official manner.
5. Have fun!
6. Cheating in or exploiting a game in any manner is not allowed and will result in expulsion from EoE and no chance for re-entry.
7. If you seriously suspect or have evidence of a clan member cheating please approach an Assembly Leader as soon as possible with your suspicion.
8. All members of EoE must wear clan tags in game whether you are on the roster for that division or not. If the game you play supports this option then this applies to you. The only exception is if you were to lose in game stats, then you are excused from this rule.
   1. Accepted forms of clan are tags are as follows: [EoE]
   2. Tags must be worn before your nickname, not after your nickname, e.g. [EoE]nickname

3. Forums

1. Please post threads in their respective forums.
2. Read the forums daily if possible and make sure to pay attention to the Private sections for important updates.
3. Do not start/participate in flame wars.
4. Please leave Politics/Religion out of discussions.
   1. This includes Signatures and Avatars.
   2. Other types of media will be dealt with as it comes up.
5. If your posting content is deemed inappropriate or in-violation of the code a moderator or administrator may edit your post.
6. Forum Members are allowed to request a Custom User Title if they meet the following criteria and must follow these rules:
   1. Are an official EoE clan member
   2. Have been a member for at least 3 months
   3. Must be an active member on the forums and ingame
   4. Can only request a change every 6 months
   5. If the Member leaves the clan they lose their title
   6. Titles only get added once the AL's approve
   7. All requests are to be made through the Suggestions & Problems forum

4. Misc.

1. If you leave EoE you cannot rejoin for a period of 30 days. Afterwards if you wish to rejoin you must post an application in our Recruiting Center.
2. All members of EoE are required to use TeamSpeak 3. Also X-Fire and an IRC client are strongly recommended.
3. Donations are appreciated and welcome. Our servers require monthly payments and financial help is a great way to help out.
4. The TGA or Assembly Leaders may choose to update, add or change laws here in The Code at anytime so check back occasionally.
5. The Code extends to cover all services End of Evolution uses and/or participates in, including but not limited to: Forums, VoIP, X-Fire, Steam, and IIRC.

5. Discipline

1. Unacceptable behavior includes but not limited to, spamming the forums in inappropriate places, name calling, ridiculing, threatening, destructive public humiliation not of a joking or friendly manner toward any member of EoE or any associated clans.
2. You may lose privileges, ranks, titles, medals, status, access, and respect or even worse be kicked from the clan if you are caught and charged with this offense.
3. For any serious infraction an internal investigation will take place by an AL. Interviews and logs will be used in the AL's decision of punishment. A record will be kept of such infractions as will the punishment given.
4. AL's can issue any of the following for punishments to fit the infraction.
   1. Verbal Warning (documented)
   2. Written Warning w/ loss of any mod powers for 30 days (pm and documented)
   3. Written Warning with loss of mod powers for X amount of days and loss of position currently held in clan such as DC, DL or DS. (pm and documented)
   4. Removal from clan with the possibility of being banned from our forums, servers, Ventrilo, IRC channels, etc. (documented)
5. With the exclusion of removal from the clan, any infractions that have taken place will be wiped from the member's record in 90 days from the last infraction. In no way is this to be taken advantage of as a right to insubordinate. Time and loyalty does heal.
